Peak Performance
For those looking to reach their peak performance. We help you optimize your performance so you can think more clearly, maintain focus, and respond at your best, even in high-pressure situations.

What is Peak Performance
Peak Performance is a brain training program aimed at people who already demonstrate good performance but want to go further. It is intended for professionals who face great responsibilities, who need to make important decisions quickly in their daily lives, and who frequently deal with pressure and stress.
If you feel there is still room to grow, if professional competition is part of your routine and not always easy to manage, this program is for you.
The goal is not to "solve problems," but to train the brain to sustain focus, clarity, and the ability to regulate emotions during decisive moments, allowing you to achieve superior performance without stress and pressure interfering as much in the process.
Main types of Anxiety Disorder in Children
The symptoms of anxiety can manifest slightly differently in children and adolescents:

Anxiety Disorders in Children
- Separation anxiety: crying, clinging and refusing to go to school all morning.
- Selective Mutism: talking non-stop at home but not saying a word in the classroom or at the doctor’s.
- Specific phobias: a dog in the distance, a thunderstorm or the thought of an injection trigger a full-blown panic attack.
- Social anxiety: knows the answer but never puts their hand up for fear of getting it wrong in front of their classmates.
- Generalised anxiety: worries if their parents are five minutes late and has already imagined the worst-case scenario.

Anxiety Disorders in Adolescents
- Social anxiety: an oral presentation, a training session or a party cause distress days in advance.
- Generalized anxiety: sleeps poorly, is constantly irritable and worries about grades, the future and what others think of them.
- Panic disorder: has had a panic attack that frightened them and now lives in fear of having another one.
- Agoraphobia: avoids the underground, the shopping centre or any crowded place for fear of not being able to leave.
- Specific phobias: heights, aeroplanes, blood or injections are situations avoided at all costs.
- Health-related anxiety: looks up symptoms online and convinces themselves that they always have something serious.
In which areas can Peak Performance training make a difference?
- Pilots: responsible for the safety of hundreds of people
- Lawyers: who deal with demanding deadlines and whose courtroom advocacy can determine their clients' futures
- Public speakers: who feel the pressure to deliver a great speech, to be understood, and at the same time, to captivate their audience

- Healthcare professionals: including doctors, surgeons, and other clinical professionals who often need to act quickly and accurately, with no room for hesitation
- High-performance athletes: who often push themselves hard both on and off the field
- Musicians and artists: who perform in front of crowds and need to be at their best to deliver their art in a unique way
- Directors and top-level managers: who need to make difficult choices that have major impacts, often with very little time to decide
💡 And any other profession that can lead to high levels of work-related stress!
How does Peak Performance training work?
The starting point for Peak Performance sessions is always an individual assessment using a qEEG (Quantitative Electroencephalogram). This exam maps the brain's electrical activity, helping to identify the patterns associated with the individual's greatest challenges.
Based on this assessment, a Neurofeedback training plan is designed, fully tailored to the client's profile, with the goal of helping them overcome their biggest hurdles and, consequently, achieve better performance in a professional context.
Some difficulties experienced by those who seek Peak Performance:
- Racing thoughts, difficulty switching off and relaxing before important moments
- Difficulty maintaining focus during long tasks or on particularly demanding days
- Feeling like you are "always on the edge" without a proper moment to recharge
- Difficulty entering a state of greater "mental flow", which is essential for those involved in creative processes, who need to innovate or solve complex problems
These and other difficulties are associated with specific brain activity patterns, which Neurofeedback helps to train in order to enable more efficient and effective responses in these moments.

Why does Peak Performance training help manage stress in high-demand environments?
There are several tools that can help manage stress in high-pressure contexts, such as breathing techniques, mindfulness, or coaching programs. Neurofeedback stands out by acting directly at the neurophysiological level. This way, instead of relying solely on conscious strategies, the brain learns to self-regulate in a more stable and lasting way.
Signs of overload should not be ignored. When high-pressure stress is not managed correctly, it can, over time, evolve into a state of burnout.

What other families are saying

My daughter had a lot of anxiety that was even affecting her at school level but thanks to this treatment she improved immensely. This would be very noticeable in school and it does not seem the same. I recommend.
I really liked the accompaniment. What we want to improve is always taken into account and affects us the most. I am a completely different person, much calmer and more focused. Neurofeedback makes all the difference! I strongly advise those who manage to get green for this type of treatment
I liked it from the care to the treatment, my son is 8 years old suffers from anxiety and has attention deficit. With the help of neurofeedback you can already control your anxiety, you are calmer and more confident and your attention has improved a lot.
