- Receive and clarify doubts from customers or potential customers.
- Proceed to confirm customer data.
- Payment regularization and billing management.
- Telephone service.
- Make appointment of consultations and agenda management.
Requirements:
- Experience in reception and/or face-to-face customer service.
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, problem solving and multitasking.
- Good ability to communicate with different target audiences, especially children.
