Responsibilities:

  • Receive and clarify doubts from customers or potential customers.
  • Proceed to confirm customer data.
  • Payment regularization and billing management.
  • Telephone service.
  • Make appointment of consultations and agenda management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in reception and/or face-to-face customer service.
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, problem solving and multitasking.
  • Good ability to communicate with different target audiences, especially children.
