Receptionist

Responsabilidades:

  • Welcome and address inquiries from clients or potential clients.
  • Verify client data.
  • Process payments and manage billing.
  • Handle phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the agenda.

Requisitos:

  • Experience in reception and/or in-person customer service.
  • Sense of responsibility, autonomy, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills with different target audiences, especially children.
